Treacle was also bought from Elbony Kennels, like her brother Toffee and had the same upbringing in Wales. She was also hard to train but did make it to the track, even if she did only win 2 races!! All of her races were at Rye House, although she did once trial at Henlow whilst Rye House was closed. Treacle was not the keenest dog ever and most of the time would rather roll around on the floor rather than bark at a squirrel with the others. When Rye House shut, she was retired as she would not make the grade anywhere else. She has recently been rehomed with someone who has two other dogs and lives on a boat!! Treacle is loving her retirement there and has even taken to sleeping on the bed at night and taking naps on the sofa during the day. She also loves running around in the fields with her two new friends, and will continue to for many years to come!
